Well for two and a bit years I have been running a voluntary karaoke night at the Lions Cancer Lodge in Hamilton, this is a place were people from out of Hamilton stay while they are having treatments at Waikato Hospital. Over this time numerous people have participated and have thoroughly enjoyed their Thursday nights with music, now they have a new manager been there one week and has put a stop to the karaoke nights cause she believes this is a place of rest !!!! I`m stunned, as I told her (the Manager) this is about the residence not her, she did not even consult the residence to see what they wanted. I will never donate a cent to the Cancer Society again knowing that the Management in Hamilton East are a bunch of narcissistic morons who I have seen chase away a number of brilliant employees who loved there jobs helping people at the lodge, how do you guys feel about this decision ?? I know I have some followers that have been through or participated in the Karaoke night at the lodge.
