Well friends - here we go again...tomorrow morning I embark at 9 am again on the race I have been training all year for - The Ghost Train trail race in Milford/Brookline, NH. This race is 30 hours long and will be another attempt at 100 (or more) miles for me. I had a minor cold this week but it seems to be gone - and no respiratory or feeling run down issues. The weather looks good - my training has been good and no nagging injuries. That being said I am very hopeful for positive results but have done enough of these to know that there are no slam dunks in ultrarunning. It is going to be a long, fun effort and I am looking forward to what the event brings my way. Very happy that so many friends will be there participating. I am going to go offline after I get there tomorrow morning - Eric Sherman will be there from the afternoon on and he will post updates to my wall periodically as this race has no live tracking. Thank you all who have encouraged and supported me in these crazy ventures!
