Well friends all good things come to an end, so we are back in the good old Vaal...and happy to be home. They say Spain has 48 million tourists a year more than half that figure visit Barcelona.....I can attest to that. The place is a mad house, filled to capacity with people from all over the world, so busy, it left me dizzy! Having visited Barcelona in winter and finding it to be very charming and filled with incredible places to visit at leisure....this time around it was as exciting only because we were going to meet up as a family for the first time in years, it was, as the Americans like to say: truly awesome! My niece Mari Carmen married the love of her life and seeing her get ready to meet Federico, her knight, in a church that dates back to 1620 Parroquia de la Purissima Concepcion, carrier de Arago in Barcelona was emotional for us all. This was a wedding of note, great planning and execution, everything was perfect. This wedding was the reason we all met again, we laughed so much! We cried and we enjoyed each others company. Seeing my sons share meals together with their own wives and children was fantastic, we as parents want our children to be friends for life, my parents had to be so joyous to see their daughters as thick as thieves, giggling the night away! My niece was a vision, her smile was radiant, she looked like a woman in love. However, next time we visit Barcelona....it will be in winter......for a baptism maybe? :)
