Well getting ready for 4-h camp this week! I have been blessed by about 22 4-h camps, watching young people set up in leadership roles, mentors and great campers. But today as I am cooking 30 lbs of taco meat I am reminded of my dear friends and volunteers who have helped me in the kitchens! Tracee cooked all the meat at camp while I was teaching workshops only to realize at supper time she or got to add the taco seasoning! Then one. Time darla Lowry and I were so proud we had everything ready for taco pile up and realized the meat was in the freezer! Just a fun time and appreciate everyone who volunteers for 4-h!
