Well, gotta get ready to head down to the church to prepare a meal for the Westfield homeless shelter. Its really a great time working side by side with people who just want to do something to give back. Just another way to pay it forward. We have a sign out in front of the church letting drivers know that we prepare and serve the meal on the 2nd Saturday of every month, beginning at 2pm and letting them know that all are welcome to stop by and help. We have had many, many people just stop in and say Im here to help because of that sign. So, Im inviting all my FB friends, if you are thankful for what God has given you this year, come and help us give to those who are less fortunate. Food preparers are needed from 2pm - about 4pm and servers are needed from 5:15pm - 7pm. Not a lot of time, and I guarantee fun and fellowship - and a really good feeling at the end of the day!
