WINTER HAS ARRIVED AND HERES AN AMAZING WAY TO GET OUT OF THE COLD! Bahamas Timeshare in Freeport. 10 year loan (4 years down) and 30 year transferable contract. Loan payments only $164.60 a month and possibly less if you finance through your bank. Highly doable for someone to go in with another friend or family. If 2 go in, it breaks down to $82.30 a month. Just not using it and cant afford to pay on it if Im not using it. Contract is for a 1 bedroom efficiency, 1 week with no blackout dates and can be split into three 4 day long weekends. The kitchen has a full stove and fridge with a dining area. The living room has a pull out couch that sleeps 2 comfortabley so 4 can easily use this for a weekend get away this winter. There are also fun activities for kids. Looking for someone to just take over the contract. I will pay the transfer fees and maintenance fees are almost paid off for 2015.
