Well guys, I have some BIG news! BIG for me that is....after going to the Grand Opening of Bens Antiques & Market on Saturday and visiting with my friends who have merchandise there, my heart just fluttered each and every row I went down and each booth that I entered. As we left, Jimmy said Do you want to do that again? Well, I have never had a booth in a mall but a couple of times I have owned a stand-alone antique store and I LOVE the business but it just got to be too much heavy work so I sold my shop 7 years ago. So, I pondered the idea all of yesterday and TODAY and, after physical therapy, I went to Bens and put down my money for a large booth. Yep, out of the clear blue, I am going BACK into dabbling in antiques. I am really excited and anxious all at one time. SO, sometime around the 15th of August, SENTIMENTAL TREASURES ANTIQUES will be open for business at BENS ANTIQUES AND MARKET in the old Kmart building on Hwy 5 in Douglasville, GA. Sentimental Treasures was the name of my very first shop in Villa Rica, almost 11 years ago...so I am gonna raise her from the dead and let her live again!
