Well guys... more news about my little AC... Not that good ones but nothing that cant be improved with creativity and work... Yesterday I went down the car with a firend of mine to check the status of my front suspension and the steering system, because i felt the car a little unstable... When I drive the car at medium to high speed, the steering feels really loose and imprecise.. Well... once down the car, we checked everything and nothing was dead so we kept searching and we found a nice long crack on the left chassis, just where the steering box is mounted... Worst than a simple crack, we found out that when you turn the steering wheel, this crack opens as much as a couple o milimiters and the steering box actually rotates in itself before starting to move the steering system... Do you follow?? Not the best news we can get under this little beautiful car, isnt it?? Je!! We have to fix it and reinforce everything to a -better than original- way... Lots of questions: Anyone of you had suffered this chassis crack in your car or the problem is in my car due to something i didnt figure out yet? Does anyone made a good reinforcement down there, between the front chassis? Im my opinion I have to take the engine off to work correctly doen there... Anyone thinks that this is not neccesary?
