Well hello Ollie!!! Ollie is new to Labrador Rescuers as of yesterday. His owners turned to LR for help to find him a home that can give him the attention he needs as a young Lab. He is 3-years-old and around 80 lbs. Losing 5-10 lbs. would do him some good so he gets his waist back :) His owners have decided that their lives are just too busy to provide him with the love and attention he deserves. LR is happy to assist, and we look forward to finding Ollie a home he can flourish in. Ollie was purchased from a breeder at 8 weeks of age. He is a very handsome boy and we only have good things to say about him. He evaled well at the dog park with the other dogs. We are told he crates well, gets along with cats and LOVES to swim in the family pool. His human siblings were 7, 10, 13 and 17 when he joined the home, so he is good with kids too. Ollie sounds like an all around good natured Labrador that everyone dreams of having. What his owner had to say about him: “Ollie is a beautiful purebred yellow lab. He is neutered, crate trained, and knows how to sit, and lay down. Loves walks. Loves to swim. Needs some help with his high energy. He is very friendly. Loves everyone. Its hard to give him up. But we cannot keep him cooped up alone for long periods anymore. He runs around the house so excited when we get home, but this trait is better for a true dog lover. It makes me nervous and stressed.” If you are interested in adopting Ollie, click on the following link to learn about our adoption process: labrescuers.org/RP_WebDoc.asp?ttid=128
