Well, hello, VBA... Thanks for joining the party.. 3 years later. BUT - you know what they say... Better late than never. Oh, and should I even attempt to dispute my claim? They (they, again) have my start-of-claim date a year later than it should be... (FYI its been almost 3 yrs... 2 yrs 7 months) and Im not sure I want to wait another xx months / yrs for my resolution that MAY be.. And another thing VA/VBA - you say that you didnt send me the letter (or, rather, you DID) because the incorrect address is on file.. Well, what about ALLLLLL the other mail I DID receive from you... Like todays letter for my outstanding balance of $8.00???
