Well here I am, just hours away from stepping on stage for my the third bikini competition and I am feeling so many mixed emotions right now. Im anxious, nervous, scared, excited, pumped, humble, proud...just to name a few! For everyone who stood by me, supported and encouraged me throughout this training, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. :) Jeff Nippard, we did it!!! YOU did it!!! Youre a genius! And youre fantastic! Thank you sooo much for believing in me!! Youve pushed me more than Ive ever been pushed before. And damn, your workouts were tough (as was your love) but I appreciated every single workout and every single piece of advice. There is no greater feeling than feeling like a million bucks in your own body and thats how Im feeling like right The sky is the limit...thanks for giving me my confidence back!! I cannot wait to start working together on our new goals. (PS...Im very sorry for the times I was frustrated and moody with you :)) Allyson Stuckless, you are a true example of what friendship is all about. Youre someone I could always count on especially those times when I needed to vent. Our endless texts (especially the sick, hilarious and crazy messages) were also just what I needed...youre priceless and very much appreciated. Youre my saving grace and I absolutely love you!! Elizabeth Brennan Chafe, theres just something about you that makes me smile. Im so glad to call you my friend Rick Squires, youre just awesome!! I couldnt have asked for a more understanding boss!! And just so you know, youre still gonna get the glare from me when I see you eating those darn greasy burgers!! ;) Bev, youre the closest person I have to a mom...your kindness and the many many ways you have showed you cared and shown how genuinely interested in how I was feeling, brings tears to my eyes. Last but never least, Kaelie Oake, it is you that gets me through each and every day no matter how tough they can be. Things may not always come easy but it is you that gives me the strength and courage to fight for what I believe in every single day! I love you more than life itself!!!!
