Well, howdy all! OK, many of you have already gotten back home from Denver, but while Rio and I wait to catch our plane I wanted to take this opportunity to share with everyone how much I appreciate all their efforts in promoting FLOAT here at the WBC. SOOO MANY PEOPLE approached me during the convention raving about all the wonderful things theyve been hearing about FLOAT. One delegate even accused me of bribing you all! LOL (PS, dont ask.....) And your efforts were not in vain. We ended up getting a total of 23 new registrations over all for the 2015 event, and NONE of it could be done without all your help. You guys are the best! Thank you! But now that the WBC is over, be ready for the full court press to begin! Weve got about 10 months till FLOAT, and now that were officially the next official American balloon decorating convention on the schedule, its time to put it into overdrive! (I promise not to drive you too crazy though!) LOL Also, I wanted to give a couple of shout-outs very quickly. First of all, Happy Birthday to FLOATs own Anne Cahill McGovern! And congratulations to FLOATs own Rob Balchunas who took second place in the balloon figure competition here at the WBC. Rob was one of only two Americans to place in the competitions here in Denver, so way to go, guy! OK, time to scoop up our bags and head out.
