Well howdy there yall! Still sick so not up to much but as always... we must eat! Today Im keepin it simple. Burgers on the grill. But I have some big plans for tomorrow! :D I found a really nice sirloin roast on sale CHEAP! So, Im gonna cube it up, season and saute with mushrooms and onions and make steak tips over rice, steamed broccoli with cheese sauce and garlic toast! :D Im even gonna make homemade brown gravy for the tips and homemade cheese sauce for the broccoli! :D Have fresh garlic for the garlic toast too! And Im lucky! I have 2 fellas here that know how to cook quite well and can give me a hand so I dont over do it. Sounds like a plan to me! :D So... tell me!!!! What are you guys doing for supper tonight??? Cant wait to hear back from you! Even if its going out!!!! Food is fun whether you cook it at home or enjoy a good meal out!
