Well if no ones going to do it I might as well. Need to help out some people cause there is a need there but no one to fill it so I going to take on that responsibility so please dont criticize me in what I am going to do and if you have anything negative to say all Ive to say is if you can do it better why didnt you do it then. If there is enough interest I going to put on a dry land training program for hockey players (bantam/midget) of the reserve. It would be two nights a week cause trust me your going to need the rest In between classes. Its going to be a hard cardio body weight exercises but its going to cost $ so a fee will have to be paid but it wont be to crazy. Just need to get some equipment that will be needed so I need the exact number of kids that want to try it out so I can get the gear to outfit a class based on the number of bantam/midget guys that want to get into shape for hockey.
