Well, im at Heritage Harley Davidson in Edmonton. They are sooo incredibly nice. The service rep, Jim, and waranty rep, Donika (?) Are welcoming me as I walk inside. Jim comes out from behind the counter with a big friendly smile, shakes my hand, and asks me a few questions about my troubles. I tell him, we talk bikes and stories for a while, he looks at my map and gives me some really good travel and scenic tips. He then takes the bike inside. Hes a good Christian boy, talks about helping others and talks about the Lord. I look around the dealership awhile, their lead technician, Lindsey, comes up, big smile, shakes my hand and says the air cleaner is full of dirt, sludge and oil but It has other issues as well. I walk out back and lay down on the concrete slab next to the back door and fall asleep in the shade. The owner, Autumn, comes out back with a big smile, wakes me up and asks if id like a loaner bike for awhile. Shes so kind. I find out she has a summer home in Awatukee (I know I butchered that spelling). I ask for a pic with her and one with Jim. So I left on a brand new Softtail something. If youre ever in Edmonton, this is the place to come. Incredible people, Incredible dealership.
