Well...in one month I will be leaving Nashville, TN and moving to New Braunfels, TX! My last show here will be on Saturday November 1st, and then well be taking off the next day for a new adventure! Its been a good run here in town...I NEVER dreamed when I moved here as a pedal steel guitar player 25 years ago that I would accomplish HALF of the things I have done: numerous gigs on the Grand Ol Opry, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and The Late Show with David Letterman, tons of work on the Nashville Network, touring the world and meeting and playing behind some of the greatest people in country music! I have been honored to work alongside some of the best musicians in the world, and learn the craft of country music! I NEVER EVER imagined that some of the folks I grew up listening to on the radio and watching on TV would become people I would call my friends. I have TRULY been blessed beyond my wildest dreams, but every good thing must come to an end, and it is now time to move on. I feel the need to explore some new musical options and go somewhere where REAL country music is still prevalent and I can be closer to family. I have made some dear friends here in this town...and its not like I wont be back from time to time to see them. Ive also met some great folks who have become fans of my music...and for that I am truly honored. Nashville has been a great home over the years and I will miss everyone here! My schedule over the next month will be: EVERY Monday night at Roberts Western World from 10:30PM-2AM EVERY Thursday night at The Nashville Palace presented by Roberts Western World from 6:30-10PM EVERY Saturday afternoon at Roberts Western World from 2:30-6PM Well try and put together something fun my last week here in town!
