Well, it is a bit early as I type this tonight, I am sitting here in complete amazement, I can honestly say when I decided to quit smoking, I was ready for a battle, and although I have had some rough moments none of them have beat me! Thank you Judy Herbolsheimer for giving me permission to keep posting! LOL, the feed back helps me! I am very happy with my progress as of now it is SEVEN ( 7 ) days! Not really sure what is happening inside my body if anything yet. But, I can tell you I feel good! There have been two things that I have done since I moved down here, that I dont ever plan on changing. One, attending church on a regular basis. Two, I am a non smoker! I thank the Lord for both!
