Well it is black Friday today, and here I am sitting on my big broad arse at home. Not buying anything today. I am a wee bit miffed at retailers for keeping several million mothers from their children on Thanksgiving Day. Being as Christmas is a religious holiday at its essence, the decision as to when to start or stop the Christmas Holiday season should be left to the clergy, and not the corporations. This is what happens in a country where the supreme court says that corporations have the right to make religious decisions, because corporations are people. I decline to participate in the insanity of ritual frenzied consumerism, because it is a demented cultic practice I can do without. #blackfriday #black_friday #Walmart
