Well it is confirmed that the account closure in light of the overpaid check from the scrap yard had happened and I was a bit distraught over the issue and was out cleaning metal and received a large gash in my wrist from a knife cut and went to the hospital last week. took fifteen stiches. The bank sent a letter of report to an collection agency and am now being billed over $900 despite the new check for $2200 and an apology letter from the scrap yard.
