Well it is finally over. I first want to thank God for without his strength and guidance I could of never have gone through this. Through God all things are possible I then want to thank my family, my husband, my friends, Phylis and The Crimve Victums Advocates and last but not least to Judge Chaney. I really believed Judge Chaney was listening to us when we talked. He even used some of things we put into the statement into the sentence. I was proud. I believe the Judge did the best he could. David got 180 days with credit for time served which leaves him 69 days left to serve. I guess now the is like an equaztion to be used for the sentencing. The sentence is to suppose to be a hardship to the county state or to the tax payers. And since it is only a 4th degree felony that is all he could give him. But he also gave him a 3 yr Intensive Parole. He has to report to his parole officer atleast once a week. He has to submit to an DNA test and to radom alchol and drug testing. If he flunks he goes to prison for 18 months. He is to either pay resitution or a plan to pay, he is not to leave the state O Ohio, He is not to be near Lori or I and not to set foot back into Gomer. If he does any of the above he is in violation of the parole and will be sent back to prison for 18 months. He is to do hours of community service. Not what we hoped for but it is over. Thank you family and friends most of all thank you Abba Father.
