I am moving off Waiheke Island :( The opportunity is there for me to buy rather than rent and with rentals being so short-term and unreliable on Waiheke which affects me and my son, much as it breaks my heart - we are going to have to purchase off-Island. Very very sad about this but circumstances have pushed me to make that decision now.... moving in less than a months time.
