Well, it may have taken a few months, but I finally wrote letters to the VPs at Sleepys and Tempurpedic. Sleepys sold me a Tempurpedic base that was 2 too narrow for the mattress. The manager told me that bases are all not exact and i should just reposition the mattress. Ha! Customer Service at Tempurpedic is virtually non-extent. The mattress seems to have gotten a little soft. There is a 10-year warranty which is a joke since C/S never responds. Its customary for the executives offices to respond within a few weeks. It is usually sent to the appropriate department, but there is a response. Ill let you know.
