Well it took me all day but I finally pushed play I made a goal to wake up at 5am to start my day and get my workout in before my kids woke up. I usually sleep thru the alarm but today I FINALLY got up! Then of course my kids got up too! Lol Then we had a delay, the kids behavior was horrid so that got the day off and a bad foot etc... Blah blah blah! So I said I will workout in the afternoon. Well I forgot I had lunch duty, run to the store, come home do laundry, made dinner, helped with homework, took Jake to basketball practice, another blah blah blah!!! So I could I easily said forget it and just do it tomorrow but I didnt! Working out is not only for my physical journey its my mental therapy! I feel so much better!! #nevermissamonday #noexcuse #getitdone #imaxedout at 6:52!!
