Well, it was a day. That about sums it up. I had salad for lunch. I snacked throughout the day with B A N A N A S, apples, and cheese crackers, ritz 1s. Then I went to my Dads and am in the process of repairing ceiling and wall. And floor tiles lol. After I went to the GYM: Did 2 sets of 25 on leg press and other direction lol. I also did my curls, tris and bys. I also have a weight, was really tempted lol so I did. 294 last thursday, 2 days ago Wed 290, now 288!! I lost 6 lbs YAY!!! Going to have a treat for loosin the meat!!!
