Well it was my last day in Seattle. Kay and I went to the Nordic Museum which had things from Denmark, Norway, Sweden Finland and Iceland.I learned about Nordic immigration. Logging and fishing. They showed how to dress Swedish, had displays on Danish rolls (yum yum) and furniture made by each country. There was also a Lego display. I was surprised to find out that the Danes invented Legos , who knew? We went to the coast to get a glimps of Mt Rainier, but the fog was in the way again. I guess Ill just have to go back for another trip! We met Rita at Rays Boathouse for lunch and had a delicious Pumpkin Crem brûlée . It was to die for. After lunch I headed to Sea-Tac International Airport And my flight home by way of JFK in New York. Im flying the red eye at 9:58pm and wont get back to Fort Myers until probably 4:00pm on Thursday. Not looking forward to the long flight, but am looking forward to sleeping in my own bed.
