Well, its Sell-Off Friday...Lets see if the market has any Surprises for us Today...I know I have been a bit off on my speculation duties of late (with good reason), but Daddy still has got to pay the bills...the stock to watch on the OTC is PHOT (Growlife, Inc.)... The former darling of the Marijuana Stocks, they were recently suspended from trading for 30 days as a punishment for institutionalized insider trading...at the time of their suspension they were valued at a healthy $.78/share...Their suspension was up last Friday and they have dropped sharply, realizing their new position as the current Pariah of the OTC board, how sharply you ask, how about $.14/share and thats after a Dead Cat bounce that took it to $.20/share from its initial low of $.12/share...The reason that this is the stock to watch is...Say it with me...BAD NEWS is GOOD NEWS, by this I mean that when people are panic selling...opportunity abounds...once this stock hits $.06/share it is a solid Buy, why...Because people have short memories and since they have just been busted by the S.E.C. they, PHOT will be on their Best behavior...now what happens next is the fun part...When Growlife, Inc. releases their quarterly financials, and shows yet another consistent profitable quarter, thier stock will go back to roughly $.30-$.40/share because...Say it with me...There is no substitute for PERFORMANCE !!! and for this reason, once the financials come out, all will be forgiven, theyre Favored son status will be returned as the Lemmings come back to purchase shares and drive the stock back up towards its proper level, and for those of us that got in at the valley floor...we reap the rewards...
