Well, its been a good two months back in the gym lifting. Got my max up to 255lbs (two times for what I tried) highest ever was 295lbs. I did one and a half muscle up (look it up), I did 120 reps on bench starting at 160 lbs. going doin 20 lbs with ten plates and back up. As of next year (in a few days) I will be starting my calisthenic routine, because well, thats what you use in real life! Body strength and endurance.
