Well its been a long time coming...after 6 months of looking, waiting, meetings, inspections, paperwork we are Finally homeowners...this is phase 1 of a process...God laid something on my heart years ago and Ive been afraid to listen but he will never leave you nor forsake you...So Im stepping out on faith...When this process started, I was trying to do it on my own, I was looking at $7,000+ out of pocket, 3 months of renovations, no equity and many many other obstacles...frustrated I had to pray about it and just give it to God...but as of 1 Oct we signed all the paperwork, no money out of pocket, $20,000 equity and actually received $700 at closing...God had a plan!!!
