Well its been a long week but Edward has finally moved all the way in. Yea! Last night he brought his huge tv up and we finished situating all the furniture. We hooked up the satellite and an error message appeared...I call customer service and got an agent immediately which knew exactly what that code meant...my hard drive burnt out. He saw that I was eligible for an upgrade to a Genie HD satellite and plus that he had a cancellation for an install today. So in less that 24 hrs I have upgraded from a normal sized tv to a huge one with HD and the ability to record 5 shows at a time. I guess its a good welcome home present for Edward ;)~
