Well its been a weird kind of day. Poor manthing lost his last surviving grandparent this lunchtime and I got an unexpected call from the surgery telling me my prescription for antibiotics was ready for collection at the chemist. Much confusion and scratching of head as I was unaware I required said antibiotics. After the receptionist got over her confusion as to why a patient who didnt know she was ill had a prescription we discover I apparently have a UTI I was totally unaware of (Ive had them before and they generally make themselves very apparent). Doctors notes on issuing said prescription were to commence the course, of what turns out to be horse tablets, with all alacrity due to the high possibility of a UTI bringing on a relapse if its left untreated for too long. . . I am now wondering if my narcolepsy is actually a new MS symptom and Im actually having a bit of a relapse rather than just the flare up of old symptoms I thought I was having :(
