Well its been quite an OMG day (as Kathryn puts it) today. This morning we all walked up to a little shop to book our helicopter flight so on Monday at 9.35 we will be picked up from the Ilikai and taken to our chopper for an 11 a.m flight. After that we went to Ross Dress for Less to see if they had got anything new in, in the last few days!!! Lunch time when we got back to the Ilikai and then it was a compulsory rest for an hour. 2.30 it was coffee time then we got a bus just after 3.30 to Waikiki Beach for the World Premier of the 5th season of Hawaii 5 0. It was a red carpet affair with the Hawaii 5 0 stars and producers on the carpet. We got a really good spot at the fence with all the press and TV cameras facing towards us. Lol. The stars were supposed to be on the red carpet at 4.30, the first episode of the 5th season of Hawaii 5 0 to be shown on a big screen at 7p.m then the UK rock band, Bush was to play at 9. We were at our spot just after 4 but the stars didnt start walking down the red carpet until about 5.45. They finally left the red carpet about 7.15 and thats when we decided to leave because it was going to be a while before they started showing the 1st episode and we hadnt had any tea. There were some interesting press people there. 1 girl in a little and very tight white dress had black knickers on but the next time we saw her she had lost the black knickers. Another female interviewer had a lovely fitting fawn dress on and you could definitely see that she had no knickers (or bra) on either!! Lol. We couldnt get over how large a couple of the Hawaiian stars were or how short the male co star is. The main lead actress is very pretty.Miss Hawaii was also there. Rod and Tony took heaps of close up photos. We walked all the way back to a restaurant not too far from the Ilikai called Tony Romas Famous Ribs. Rod and Tony had a half rack of pork ribs, Susie had a roasted vegetable and mushroom sandwich and I had a pulled pork BBQ sandwich. All meals came with fries. I was expecting a sandwich like we have at home but their version of the sandwich is a hamburger bun. The much needed beer was the best part of the meal I think. Time for bed now. Love to all. Rod will add pics tomorrow. (and of course the knickerless ladies will be featured).
