Well, its end our charter season in Alaska. We leave tomorrow and head South 920 miles to Seattle. Hope its warmer. Its now 42 degrees with partial clouds. Limped off the boat for some retail therapy. Bought my beautiful wife an awesome pair of caribou hide mukluks and a few cool things for my neighbor in Colorado Springs who comes over and cuts my grass because Im not there. Jules, thank you. You and your family are such a great neighbors, Id take down the fence between us but my dogs would poop in your garden. We will make our way South at about 13 miles an hour burning 37 gallons an hour of fuel. We will not travel at night due to dead heads (dislodged logging trees) floating at or just below the waters surface. This could ruin our day. We plan on a few stops to catch some silver salmon and Halibut at our honey hole, as we call it. Should be in Seattle in a week then I fly home to LA for some culture shock for 5 days. Cant wait to hold my beautiful wife and beat the dogs. Lol. Best, Kenny
