Well its finally here! Race weekend begins! 8 months of discipline and often pain turns into pleasure and accomplishment. (I hope!) starting it waking up in gorgeous Kohler WI after an amazing eve with my ultra supportive board group (and the original group of biz overachievers I told I was doing this in February as I knew that group of type As would never let me live it down if I quit- in fact they told me last night I have to give back their donations if I dont finish- lol) headed to bib pickup today and meeting up with some of my charity teammates, family and friends. Then a carb overload dinner of Chicago pizza and pasta. Bring it on!! I will post late tonight or tomorrow morning a link for anyone interested to track my (or others) live splits / progress on Sunday. So excited I could burst!!
