Well its finally over. I want to say congratulations to Ebony Telesford, for winning the National Queen Show 2014, to Nikita Mc Vean, first runner-up and, to all the other contestants for giving it their all. We all did a great job in representing ourselves, family and our country. Let this not be the end of your journey, but use this as a stepping stone to achieve greatness. I am very proud of myself and I did the best I could. I placed second runner-up and I am happy. Thank you to each and every one of you who supported me - my chaperon, Asheida Charles, thank you so much. Thank you to Ms. Simone Lorrainey for designing my evening wear and to the team from Carriacou who made my winning costume (Best Costume prize). I appreciate your time, energy and dedication, which went into seeing me do well. A big thank you, once again, to the Spicemas Corporation - to Ms. Shirma Wells and the rest of the team, for allowing me this opportunity to grow, learn more about my culture and to develop. Thank you to Ess Double-u for doing great makeup work and to our sponsors for their support and generosity. There is more in store for me, I will keep you posted.
