Well its official ~ after the fake Steve Austin on Hotstepper Sunday & now no Butta L last night at Toca Tuesdays ~ I can honestly say REGGAE at the Sutra Lounge of late is an epic fail, generic at best. I fulljoyed the Japanese selectress DJ June who kicked off the night early with strong old-school vibes & the Tony Touch party atmosphere some of us have come to expect over the years. After that it was all down hill for DJ Spinna as he slipped into what I can honestly say was the most boring reggae set I have heard in my life. Lol they need to let Luis Butta L handle the reggae on tuesdays & Mystery (Vance Wattson) run it on Sundays because what I have experienced is whack & there aint no nicing dat up. It is what it is ~ XOsaySO
