Well its official guys I get to shit bricks as I am having back surgery to possibly remove L3/L4 disc he will try the right side to release pressure but maybe remove it all together this Friday at Casey Hospital. No fusing at all so i will have full range. My Neuro Surgeon basically told me that if I dont have it now and leave it any longer I may totally stuff my back up and not walk later. He said exactly the same thing as my Ortho surgeon that they cant believe I am actually walking with my disc this bad. He told me I could have 100 steroids injected into the back & it wouldnt make a difference as the damage is done :-( The out come of it all was my question will I be able to run the dogs again??? He said YES in 6-8 weeks he will have me actually running so that has made me feel a tad better. He has given me hope and he knows this will keep me going and then get back to work as well. My fur kids are everything and I will have dad hear to help me out. I will still have the boys going around July but will rest up in June to recover so I will bounce back. Feeling really sick to the stomach but I have faith in him and I went to work and lost it had a cry & sweetened them up with my Coconut Ice treats :-) They are a great team and everyone is continuing to look after my kids for me. Least when I come home I will have puppy cuddles with Levi, Hawk & Ruby and that will cheer me up plus the best dad in the world and my Sister, husband & my beautiful nieces :-) So that is the best news I have for today....lets hope it all works out as I know I wont win lotto anytime soon.
