Well its sleeting outside but we are supposed to get may .5 of sleet and mixed precip before warming up and turning to rain. Supposed to get up to 55 degrees tomorrow and then the arctic plunge will descend upon Pennsylvania and quite a few states here in the Northeast which puts me in the mood to prepare my Common and Swamp Milkweed for cold-moist stratification. Just think!!! Eight weeks later I will be able to sow them in seedling starting mix and put them in my cowpots under my florescent lights and on top of my seedling heat mats. Then the new milkweed growing season will be starting and theyll be ready in time to put out in the Monarch Waystation by the end of May. I dont know about everyone else on here but I plan on raising Monarchs regulations or not. What could they do to me? Put me in jail? Fine me? I dont think that will ever happen, to be honest with all of you. It wouldnt make sense and I would think it would turn into an expensive situation for the government. So get ready for the 2015 Monarch and milkweed season! I know I will! :-D
