Well…it’s been a KILLER year! Our journey began with an idea to build a community of likeminded people that could come together through fitness. K & F found a lack of positivity and encouragement amongst the masses…and we just couldn’t take it anymore! In 8 short months we built an army of over 3,000 followers on Facebook & 1.5 thousand followers on Instagram. We motivated you to Move on Mondays, Transform on Tuesdays, & Throwdown on Thursdays. We’ve seen amazing transformations (mind & body) and have received heartfelt messages from around the world! This year, K & F are linked to a national online media network as fitness consultants and part of a campaign promoting confidence in women. We have accomplished so much in so little time and we could not have done it without the help and support of our community. We are so thankful and humbled that so many have reached out to help us and have encouraged us every step of the way. We truly love and cherish EACH & EVERY ONE of our followers! We know to our very core that THIS IS OUR PURPOSE! We are taking 2015 BY STORM! We are committed to helping you reach your fitness goals and we will not stop until we see you succeed!
