Well ive given it my best shot this summer but it sure seems as if Spinnaker Beach Club doesnt want old locals coming to their place. Went last nite and Acoustix are playing in the back. ANOTHER different bartender is there and when i ask for a Coors Lt he grabs me a Miller Lt. He was a in the middle of helping a waitress after she told him he fixed a drink wrong and told him the correct way to mix it.........He finally does get me the Coors Lt and i offer my discount card for him to hold as has been done by other bar tenders. Nope gotta have a credit card or my ID. Hummm they want my ID so i dont walk out on an 8 dollar bar tab at the end of the night but a family of 6 comes in for a 200 dollar meal and they dont take a credit card to hold so they dont walk out.............Well neeless to say i headed to Time Out to hear Mr Ronny Shiver and be treated like a local...........Dont get me wrong, the bartender was just doing his job like he was supposed to so i dont blame him but management for lying to us all summer saying they wanted to be a place the Locals wanted to go. Evidently not. Theres never the same bartenders so they can learn the locals and we are treated as if we are all thieves. Plus you almost have to beg a bartender to wait on you if your not a young pretty girl. Im done with them
