Well just got home from a 5 day stay in Portland with Bobby.It has been a bumpy week. He spiked a fever mid week so they did another heart scan for fear that MRSA had gone into heart. They also did another MRI to check the infected areas in his back and lungs. And the good news was nothing in his heart and the spine area appeared to be getting slightly better. He still has alot of pain under his lung but they said that is more than likely inflammation to nerve endings which will eventually go away. He has about 40 more days to be on antibiotics and will hopefully be moved soon to a facilty for rehab to build his strength up if all goes well. I want to thank you Sharon Somers for coming to Portland to be with me. Bobbys Dad has also been there for the past 2 days. We had to laugh because Jim had to sign a permission slip for our 44 year old son for the MRI. It was required because Bobby had been put out earlier in the day for his heart check. Also want to thank friends and family for calls and notes.
