Well just had coffee and snack at West Wyalong, whilst I was there I observed a woman remarking the size and prices for coffee at the same time a gentleman was changing the diffusers, he came over to the table I was sitting at and asked if he would be inconvenienceing me if he was to change the one beside me, no not at all I replied, I said to him I was just watching to see if the coffee prices were going to increase to which he stopped doing what it was he was doing and stuck up a conversation. He said the coolabah franchise has decided to Remove the small cups and just have reg med large with no price increase. We then just got onto general conversation about drivers and truckstops he expressed his dissapointment in the meeting that took place at which point he asked for my comments on the drivers room although small compared to some others I see nothing wrong with it it has a lounge to relax in it has table and chairs it has air conditioning and a TV he expressed his concerns about being told it was not inviting at least we have somewhere to sit down and enjoy piece and quite away from the general public should we desire. During this one of his staff must have thought I had finished with my coffee and took it along with my plate to the kitchen at which point the managers compensated me with a fresh large takeaway coffee. He also expressed that he wants to acquire a good reputation with the transport industry and is willing to do his best within his control to accommodate for the truck driver, now without knowing a great deal of what happened in the meeting his dissapointment appeared to be that not a meal was order or even a cup of coffee and the whole experience was just negatives.
