Well, just received my letter the Department of Insurance and Financial Services in Lansing, regarding my complaint against Forethought Life Insurance and Jesse Allen Knebl (agent).. They have stated that after their analysis, they have determined Forethought and Mr. Knebls positions were reasonable and did not violate the statutes or policy language.. Lesson learned: Check out the company thoroughly, keep track of your medical history from your doctors, any mistakes made in your dx talk with your doctor and get it changed.. As my lawyer stated; not knowing is no excuse.. I tried to find closer and honesty with all and it didnt happen.. Ray, was a hard working man, trustful, had integretiy and would help anyone down on their luck!! Insurance companys are only in everything for the $$$.. This is just sad that we the people doesnt count anymore.. Sorry, Babe, I tried to clear your name regarding the application.. Rest in peace and I love you!!
