Well just spend the past two hours in a very scary paralysis sleep I finally snapped out of it somehow it was the very best and at the sane time worst one yet. I was talking to my dead father which as much as I miss and love him I am very freaked out by talking to the dead so freaked out in fact, I literally had a full blown anxiety attack in my sleep!! So now im even more exhausted then before & too scared too sleep. Most people thinking falling into a paralysis sleep is fun let me be the first to disagree its NOT especially if you are as high strung and as paranoid as me:(((
