Well just when I thought a great weekend could not get much better ..... One of my team James Anderson from Brisbane who with me trains on a program. Has just won his Age Group in The Noosa Triathlon. This is better than great news as James is basically training as an Ironman triathlete and Noosa is an Olympic distance race. He is the real quite achiever one that works for a living and trains for his rewards in sport. James! I coach some really great athletes. I am very pleased to say you are certainly one of those. I am proud to have you as a member of: - Col Stewarts Mi TEAM INTERNATIONAL Congratulations! James Congratulations! As only both you and I know how much this means to - US!
