Well lads , Lets talk about abs or six pack I just went through a 3month contest prep so I think I know what Im talking about here. First off another cringe moment for me is walking into a gym and seen people doing hundreds of sit ups or crunches for probably years yet they are still scratching there heads as to why they are not getting that elusive abs most men crave. The same people are probably eating out at supermacs or Tim hortans straight after the gym and thats where the problem starts. Unless you have ur diet in check you can do all the sit ups in the world but ul never get them full stop. Its all about your diet people. Is say its 80% diet and 20% training . Believe it or not I achieved 7% bf by deadlifting and squating heavy as them 2exercises (which by the way if your not doing regularly your wasting your time in the gym) its only when I got to 10% bf that I started to do the following 3exercises Im displaying in my video which really brought out my obliques and lower abs. For women id say wen u get to 20% bf you should try these exercises. You see every single one of us has abs but we got to get rid of that layer of flat covering them first! Let me tell you tho from personal experience having a six pack all year round is near impossible. Unless you can dedicate to it full time and not have a savage appetite like me then you might do it all year round. But I work 2jobs and like to party so 3months was enough for me until next summer! Remember: abs were made in the kitchen lads not the gym. #DMfitness
