Well, last Thursday was my first day of summer vacation. Since then, the Lord has helped me clean out five closets, haul off numerous bags to our local Waste Management, gather one fifty gallon bag of clothes to donate so far, almost a full day of car repairs with an oil change, clean out two refrigerators, vacuume, sweep, loads and loads of washing, drying, and putting away clothes, weeding garden beds, deal with one huge ant bite with a fifty cent piece sized reddened area around it, prayer walk, spend time in His word and prayer, work on song lyrics, eat out with my family at the House of Seafood in Bush, LA, shop at Walmart with the kids whose money was burning a hole in their pocket, babysit, worship our Lord, cook Sunday lunch, finish my IBook which will help guide a professional development workshop at the Upper in August, pack my bags, supervise my children packing their bags and finally.....driving up to the wonderful and unique "free State of Jones" to complete two more projects tomorrow and then drive my mom with the kids to Brandon, MS so she (and we) can spend time with her great grandchildren. Praise God!! We will end the week and start the weekend, Lord willing, without my babies in Spanish Fort, AL for some visiting time with our cousin Evelyn, who has recently fallen. God is sooooooo good and gracious and merciful and showers His blessings on me and my family daily. I am soooo blessed also to work at and for THE BEST SCHOOL DISTRICT and the BEST SUPERINTENDENT and the BEST ADMINISTRATORS and THE BEST STAFFULTY with THE BEST STUDENTS in the WORLD!!
