Well, legally the house is ours. The deed has been recorded at the courthouse or whatever, and loan funded, legal stuff legal stuff. Unfortunately, because all this happened after 5pm, and our realtor didnt get an email from the escrow people until after 6pm, were not getting keys tonight. Or rather, not getting lockbox which contains the keys tonight. Not that we were planning on moving in tonight, or even this weekend, but still, it wouldve been cool to have it all done tonight. Still, the house is ours. :D
