Well, lets see....unless we are Native American ...NONE of us speak the language of THIS country. As for the Hispanic community, when I was in the office at Lake Hickory, the Hispanic workers in the kitchen spent all of their breaks studying English and would ask for help pronouncing the words. Stop and consider how long that Spanish speaking person has been in this country before you deride them for not knowing the language. It takes a little while to learn English. As for America, we are made fun of nationally for being one of the only countries in the world where the citizens can only speak one language. What language are YOU learning? Why do we feel threatened by people speaking another language? We are a nation of hateful, angry people who dont even know why we are so angry. My thoughts are that we are a nation of privileged, spoiled brats. I dont care how poor you think you are, we are much richer than most of the world, and we have gotten so used to our way of life that we are just selfish brats.
