Well looks like he may be considered stolen. Rocky was found by the man who called but gave him to a couple who said they would go to Fosters Farm to see if it was his. They left. Asked Foster earlier and he acted like a jerk. Went back to ask about if he knew there name or what kind of car they drove since the guy that called, Joey said it was a white car. Again Foster acts like a jerk. Im tired of this bull shit. How can you find a lost dog and not report finding him. He has a collar and is neutered. He is loved and missed and we want him back.
