Well lovely members, its been quite a month for us at North Ringwood Gym. I doubt anyone can really appreciate the difficulty in rebranding a whole company in less than 30 days, a company that has been in place for over 7 years. I personally think we have done really well, and the staff have been simply amazing with all the support they have offered me during this period. They have all gone above and beyond to help the transition go as smoothly as possible. And most of the members have been amazing too, supportive and understanding, I cant tell you how appreciative I am regarding that. We only have a few more days to get this all finished, the final instances of Contours around the building, any old advertising that is around the centre, any internet listings our there in cyber space. Finding these takes time, as does amending them. Contracts and new Terms and Conditions are still underway, as is the membership software package, which would enable you all to simply scan in as you have done previously. I have been working on the MindBody software setup for nearly 8 weeks now, but its becoming fairly apparent that it will not do what we need it to do, so I am back on the search for another suitable system. At some stage we will be moving away from the EzyPay system as well. These things take time and I and the NRG staff are doing our best. I (through the staff) have had a few complaints that you may not have received a personal letter in the mail, an SMS or perhaps an email. Well, by way of explanation, emails were sent out - you may not have received it because you are on the do not email list, or perhaps your details are not up to date on our records, or possibly it hit your SPAM folder. If you have been in the studio you should have noticed the A3 sized letters on the noticeboards, and I would have thought that seeing all the changes in the studio could have prompted you to ask a question. If you are feeling uncomfortable with our change, or the process I have undertaken to achieve our new status, please bring it up with me personally. I can only apologise if you feel I have not treated you respectfully. So, thank you all, for your continued patience during this rebranding exercise, and for the renovations the building owners have decided to throw into this months mix (ie the re-tiling of the walkway outside the studio). We will be done soon all going to plan. Regards, Karen Leoncelli
